Our Room & Rates - Hak's Guesthouse Siem Reap Angkor Cambodia

Prices of rooms included: 10% VAT, 2% Accommodation Tax, High Speed WiFi Internet, 2 available Computers if  you do not brign your own laptop. Dialy breakfast: Baquett with cheese and tomatoes/ Omelet / Scramble egg / Fried egg / Boiled egg/ White coffee/ Lipton or Chinese Tea and Fresh Fruit Salad). Our budget room rates are from 5 USD to 16 USD = Cambodia Riel from 20.000 Riels to 65.000 Riels.

Late Checkout until 17:0 Free if room is available otherwise we will charge USD 5 ( subject to availability)
Group rates are available upon request (minimum 8 people).
For long term stay & Siem Reap Volunteer Stay Offer Discount (monthly rates) please contact or reservation for quotation.
Children under the age of 12 years can stay for free in the room with the parents (sharing the same bed).

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of booking is to be notified in writing  2 days at least prior to arrival,  This means that guests can cancel their reservations free of charge up to 2 days before arrival .  Please kindly contact me straight away if you would like to amend or cancel any of your booking that has been confirmed by Hak's House Team. Thank you so much for co operation !!
Note: If tuk tuk drivers inform you we are closed, full, under renovation or whatever else, please ignore them and ask to be taken to Hak's House ( right next to build bright university).
